From an early age, I have been passionate about serving and supporting families. I come from a family of seven and grew up with a mother who spoke often of the doula who served as an “angel by her bedside” during each birth. When I began working with expectant families as a prenatal yoga instructor, I fell even more in love with the wonders of pregnancy and birth.

As a birth and postpartum doula, I am committed to using my calm and compassionate nature to provide parents with continuous support during this important time. I’ll be a consistent resource for relaxation techniques, comfort measures, and focused reminders of your power. I care deeply about providing services in a way that respects each family's unique decisions, culture, and experiences.

We all have amazing strength within us. I’ll be there to guide parents in this process and create space to help them tune in to their highest selves. I consider it the highest honor to support such a powerful experience and commit myself to walk alongside parents in the birth they desire.
