My career has centered on supporting individuals and families in navigating complex personal and health-related journeys. In my past roles, and now in my work as a doula, I am fully invested in helping families identify resources, making informed decisions, and craft a meaningful and personalized experience. ​

After working in several community-based programs, I entered doula work as a way to support families through their very tender perinatal periods. I have witnessed first-hand that the one-size-fits-all medical system does not always support individualized, person-centered care, and so it is my goal as your doula to help you navigate the healthcare system and make the choices that are right for you and your family. Along the way, I will be your advocate and support person, and will help you find the resources that are personal to you.

I am committed to helping families access evidence-based information for informed decision-making, and to helping improve the birth experience for all families. I serve families of all types, and I specialize in trauma-informed care, bereavement support, and disability advocacy, Additionally, I am fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), Tactile Signing, and Pro Tactile Signing.  ​
