Centering Groups
DEDICATED DOULAS FOR BUILDING COMMUNITY
Built off a midwifery care model, centering groups offer regular prenatal care in a group setting, giving our clients greater access to our dedicated doulas while also building strong community ties. Over the course of up to four months prenatally and up to three months postpartum, our doulas facilitate group discussion and interactive activities to address important and timely topics such as birth and postpartum planning, lactation, nutrition, comfort measures and stress management, and more. Participation is optional but highly encouraged.

Our centering groups meet in our home office in Rockville, MD -- but our community extends through all of the greater Washington, DC area. Virtual group meetings are also available for those who cannot attend in person.
